230mb Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the 230mb platform ("the Platform"), you ("the User" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"), together with 230mb's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 230mb Platform. Continued use of any feature of the Platform — including browsing, logging in, depositing, betting, or claiming a bonus — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms as updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 230mb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 230mb enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders without exception.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must register only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 230mb or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal name, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and date of birth. Knowingly providing false information is a material breach of these T&C.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the 230mb Platform's full features, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each User may hold only one active account on the 230mb Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited following investigation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 230mb account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• 230mb reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including at the point of withdrawal, at the point of a large deposit, or on a random compliance check basis. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
• You must notify 230mb immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 230mb is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use prior to your notification.
• 230mb reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months, following reasonable notice to the registered mobile number.

230mb may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason, subject to returning any legitimate verified balance to the account holder via the original payment method where possible.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 230mb Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 230mb account within seconds of confirmation from the mobile banking provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent verified deposit where technically possible.
• 230mb does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank are your responsibility and are separate from the 230mb transaction.
• All funds deposited to 230mb must originate from payment instruments in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate investigation and account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonuses. Funds subject to an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been fully met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

230mb offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only. The use of bonuses for professional, systematic, or commercial betting purposes is prohibited.
• Each bonus offer is available to each eligible player once only unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are only available to players making their first deposit on a newly registered account. Players who have previously registered and deposited under a different account are not eligible for new player bonuses.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the specific promotion terms. • Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to any applicable wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the standard bonus wagering requirement unless otherwise specified.

230mb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will be honoured subject to the terms under which they were originally issued.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed through the 230mb sportsbook. Sport-specific rules are available within the relevant sport section of the Platform and are incorporated into these T&C by reference:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; once confirmed by the system, odds are locked for that bet.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the settlement period specified in the sport-specific rules will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets confirmed before cancellation are subject to the same treatment.
• 230mb reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or manifest error by 230mb or a data provider.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum payout figure.
• In-play betting is offered on selected events. 230mb may suspend in-play betting markets at any time during an event at its sole discretion, including for technical reasons, feed interruptions, or risk management purposes.

230mb employs automated and manual risk management procedures. Where unusual, suspicious, or professionally structured betting patterns are detected on an account, 230mb may, without notice, limit maximum stake sizes, reject individual bets, or suspend betting access on that account pending investigation.

7. Casino and Games Rules

The following general rules apply to all casino games, live casino tables, crash games, and other non-sports betting products available on the 230mb Platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for software-based games, and by real physical outcomes for live dealer games. 230mb does not alter game outcomes or RTP settings.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or crash game, the game round will be settled according to the outcome that occurred at the point of disconnection. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system error on 230mb's side, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and game lobby. These limits may vary by game, by game provider, and by account tier. 230mb reserves the right to apply individual account bet limits separate from the displayed table limits.
• Casino games are provided by third-party software providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate their games under their own licensing and certification frameworks. 230mb is not responsible for provider-side technical failures but will assist players in raising disputes with providers where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming

230mb is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and Conditions:

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits from their 230mb account settings at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days from their account settings or by contacting 230mb support. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used for betting, depositing, or claiming bonuses.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting 230mb support. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of five years. Any funds in a self-excluded account will be returned to the player via the original payment method after the self-exclusion is confirmed.
• If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, 230mb encourages you to contact our support team immediately and to seek independent counselling. 230mb will not market to any player who has self-excluded or set a self-exclusion flag on their account.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 230mb Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 230mb Platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets or interacts with the Platform without genuine human input.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information that provides an unfair advantage, or otherwise manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Using the 230mb Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose. 230mb complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or mobile banking provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform. Fraudulent charge-backs will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or identifiable system error are void and will be reclaimed by 230mb.

230mb actively monitors Platform usage for prohibited activity using automated and manual review processes. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, with no obligation on 230mb to provide advance notice.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

230mb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time. The following are grounds on which 230mb may suspend or permanently close an account:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the Prohibited Activities listed in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC or age verification when requested by 230mb within the timeframe specified in the request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise, pending completion of an investigation by 230mb's compliance team.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including permanent self-exclusion requests submitted to 230mb support.

Upon account closure for any reason other than confirmed fraud or breach of these T&C, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 230mb Platform — including but not limited to the 230mb brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement of all such content — is the exclusive property of 230mb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 230mb Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes only. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 230mb.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 230mb's total liability to any User in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited as follows:

• 230mb is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 230mb is not liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by events outside 230mb's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, mobile network outages, natural disasters, or regulatory action.
• 230mb's maximum aggregate liability to any User for direct losses arising from Platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

230mb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on the 230mb Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 14. Amendments to These Terms

230mb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 230mb will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the registered mobile number or a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be accessible via the Terms & Conditions link in the 230mb site footer. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between you and 230mb, you should first contact 230mb's customer support team at [email protected] with a full description of your complaint. 230mb will endeavour to resolve complaints fairly and efficiently. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, 230mb may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service.
